We booked a 2:30am pickup for an early international flight. Loyal shuttle driver arrived on time and was very professional. We had several large suitcases and boxes. The driver had already prepared the minivan so he was able to load up our luggage quickly and kindly asked if we had everything we needed before starting our trip to the airport. The ride to the airport was smooth and we got dropped off right at the departure doors. The fare with tip included was less expensive than other taxi services we have used in the past. We will be using Loyal Shuttle services again.
